Sebel Albert Park is one of the large conference facilities in Victoria with more than 28 conference rooms on four levels and the added complication of having multiple entrances to many of the rooms, Sebel needed a highly customised solution.
Using the Aeris Concierge solution allows staff to have up to 6 alternative room names for each conference room as well as the ability to have multiple arrows, lifts stairs and other icons showing delegates and guests exactly where they have to be.
The system allows for automated promotional campaigns to come on screen when there is no event scheduled. The main foyer screen show, news, weather, and promote in‐house facilities as well as conference details and directions.
